Terms of Use

Beacon Calendar helps you never miss important events by scanning your device calendar and creating iOS alarms. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Beacon. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You grant Beacon permission to access your device calendar solely for the purpose of creating alarms.
• You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• All event and alarm data remains on your device.

The App and its content (excluding your personal calendar data) are owned by Jerremy Stroman and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our written consent.

• Beacon Calendar is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We make no warranties about the App’s reliability, accuracy, or fitness for your specific needs.
• While we aim to help you avoid missing events, we cannot guarantee alarms will always trigger (for example, due to device settings, low power mode, or revoked permissions).

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Beacon Calendar is not responsible for any damages, missed events, or losses arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability to you for any claims related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the past 12 months.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful way.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
